The "Visible Spectrum (or Visible Light)" region.

Explanation:

It's pretty simple and maybe even a bit surprising just how little of the whole spectrum we can see. We know the spectrums are made up of Radio, Microwave, Infrared, Visible Light, Ultraviolet, X-Ray and Gamma Rays.
