Yes. All forces can cause acceleration on an object of finite mass.

The acceleration of an object is,

`vec a = vecF/m` where `m` is it's mass and `vec F` is the net force.

However, there can be instances where a force cannot speed up or slow down a particle, rather only change the direction of it's velocity (hence accelerating). Such an example is the magnetic force on a moving charge.
