G is a constant used in Newton’s universal law of gravitation, `F = -G(m_1.m_2)/r^2` as the name suggests, it is constant, it doesn't change.

There is no reason to suspect it would be any different on a different planet. It always has the value `6.67 xx 10^-11 Nm^2kg^-2`

I've heard no suggestion that it varies over time either.
