Polar Easterlies, Westerlies and the Trade Winds.

Explanation:

I am not 100% sure of what you are asking. Both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres have Polar Easterlies above 60 degrees latitude, Westerlies between 30-60 degrees latitude and trade winds below 30 degrees. This is the global wind pattern.

That being said there are the global atmospheric circulation cells. The Polar Cell which drives the Polar Easterlies, the Ferrel cell which drives the Westerlies and the Hadley cell which drives the trade winds.
