NaF

Explanation:

NaF is a salt, an ionic substance with powerful attractions between the Na+ cation and F- anion and would therefore have a high melting point and boiling point.

HF is covalently bonded to make a highly polar H-F molecule. The molecules are attracted to one another by their individual polarity which gives them a higher melting point and boiling point then non-polar molecules, but not as much as the attraction between cations & anions.

Note: HF is a gas while NaF is a high melting salt.
