I would start off by doing #2.25 ÷ .75# so you can find the #km# per #hr# the hikers cover
#2.25 ÷ .75 = 3# #km# per #hr#

Then, you should multiply #3# and #2# together to find the total km the hikers hiked in 2 hours
#3 * 2 =6#
Repeat this process for the other numbers too!

The answers (in coordinate form) are:
(#.75# , #2.25#) (#2# , #6#)(#3# , #9#)(#4# , #12#)

Lastly, plot each point on a graph! The x-axis should be hours and the y-axis should be km
