Compare y=-1/4log_2(1/2x)+1 with y-k=clog_2 d(x-h)
Then, use this general transformation:
(x,y) corresponds to (x/d+h,cy+k)
The point (x,y) on y=log_2x corresponds to the point (2x,-1/4y+1) on y=-1/4log_2(1/2x)+1
