Truck : `t_3 = 150/50 = 3 hrs`

Bicycle: `t_4 = 150/20 = 7.5 hrs`

We observe that as the speed reduces the time taken to travel the same distance of 150 Km increases.

Therefore Speed and time are inversely proportional.

`Speed prop 1/(time)`

`Speed = distance xx 1/(time)`

So, the proportionality constant ( or constant of variation) is distance = 150 km.
