30th Percentile is 105
90th Percentile is 176

In this example we have nine data points. Arranged in order:
100
100
105
113
129
132
146
152
176
200
For 30th percentile the index is 0.3 xx 10 = 3 Third number up is 105. This is the 30th percentile

For the 90th percentile the index is 0.9 xx 10 = 9
The 9th number up from the lowest is 176.
