Well, it is exactly as you write it. #"Ph"# is a phenyl group, an aromatic #"C"_6"H"_5-# main "body" to the structure, and the #-"CH"_2"CHO"# comes off as a two-carbon aldehyde substituent.

This is generally known as phenylacetaldehyde, or phenylethanal. Each vertex is a carbon implicitly connected to the sufficient number of hydrogens.
