I accidentally mixed CaOH, potassium permanganate, HCl, HNO3, NH4Cl, CuSO4, NaOH, NaHCO3. and a green liquid with yellow bubbles and a deep blue substance was formed. I want to know the reactions that actually happened and what are the substances?

The green liquid is most probably copper(II) chloride solution along with some copper nitrate, and the blue precipitate is probably copper hydroxide. The bubbles are carbon dioxide gas.

Explanation:

Copper sulphate reacts with Hydrochloric acid to form copper(II) chloride. This product has a green colour, and thus forms a green solution. Again, the copper sulphate reacts with sodium sodium hydroxide to form copper hydroxide, which is the blue precipitate. The bubbles are formed by the reaction of the sodium bicarbonate with the acids. This evolves carbon dioxide, and thus effervescence is observed.
