Let the 8 numbers be: # a, b, c,d,e,f,g,h #

# => (a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h) / 8 = 41 #

# => a+b+c+d+e+f+g+h = 328 #

Let the two of those numbers just be # g and h #

#=> (g+ h)/2 = 29 #

#=> g+h = 58 #

So # => a+b+c+d+e+f+color(blue)(g+h) = 328 # Becomes...

# => a+b+c+d+e+f+color(blue)(58) = 328 #

#=> a+b+c+d+e+f = 270 #

Mean of these six numbers...

#=> color(red)((a+b+c+d+e+f )/6 = 270/6 = 45 #

8 x 41 = 328 <-sum of all values.

2 values with mean of 29
2 x 29 = 58
