The fallopian tubes conduct it to the uterus.
Explanation:
The ovum is actually an oocyte which is released by the ovary and picked up by the fimbriae (the terminal part of the fallopian tube), it is then conducted by the fallopian tube. Here the cilia constantly move in the direction of the uterus which pushes the oocyte towards the uterus.
