(5(4p+3)(p-1))/(3-p)

Explanation:

first simplify 4p^2-1p-3 so you get 4p^2-4p+3p-3
then group them (4p^2-4p)+(3p-3)
factor it out and once you finish with the factoring, put it together to get: ((4p+3)(p-1))/(p+2)* (5(p+2))/(3-p)
then you can eliminate the (p+2) then just put it together
