Explanation:

first simplify #4p^2-1p-3# so you get #4p^2-4p+3p-3#
then group them #(4p^2-4p)+(3p-3)#
factor it out and once you finish with the factoring, put it together to get: #((4p+3)(p-1))/(p+2)* (5(p+2))/(3-p)#
then you can eliminate the #(p+2)# then just put it together
