Through coronary blood vessels AND by direct diffusion for the cells in contact with the blood.

Explanation:

The heart is a powerful muscle. It requires constant energy to maintain it's phenomenal work. The energy comes from nutrients in the blood. The cells directly in contact with the blood can get their nutrients directly from the blood. However, the parts of the heart, which aren't in direct contact with blood require a blood supply (containing nutrients) via blood vessels. These are the coronary vessels. The perfuse the heart and allow nutrients to diffuse to the heart cells just like in any other organ.

From oxygen-rich blood supplied by coronary arteries.

Explanation:

Our heart pumps the blood throughout the body i.e from head to toe. So, almost all the time blood is residing in chambers of heart but heart doesn't obtain nutrients & oxygen from the blood which flows inside it. On the other hand, muscle of heart i.e cardiac muscles need constant supply of oxygen & nutrients.

Thus, heart requires its own blood supply in order to keep beating.
And for this purpose heart has its #color(red)"coronary arteries"#. Coronary arteries lies on outer surface of heart and supply our heart with oxygen-rich blood that fulfills heart's nutritional demand in process called coronary circulation.
