If the solution is saturated, as in no more NaCl will dissolve in the given volume of water, then the net ionic equation looks something like this:

NaCl (s) ⇌ Na (aq) + Cl (aq)

In order to increase the concentration of the NaCl salt we would have to shift the equilibrium to the left. One way of doing this would be to add sliver ions which would form precipitates with Cl lowering the [Cl] and shifting the reaction to the left causing the [NaCl] or simply the concentration of the salt to increase.
