We can't feel the earth's movement because we and everything else on earth are/ is moving at the same constant speed as earth's rotation.

Explanation:

The only way I could explain it is when you are in a car and the speed is constant you feel like you aren't even moving. But when the car stops, slows down or accelerates we feel the movement. The same concept applies to earth. If the earth has suddenly stopped, slowed down or accelerated we would feel the movement; but since we are always moving at a constant speed it feels like we aren't even moving.
