Can anyone clarify all the types of relationships in kind of.. not blood relationship? As in half brother kind?

Explanation:

In Laws - relatives of a spouse (i.e. the parents of a husband in a marriage are mother and father in-law to the wife).
'half siblings' - share one of the same parent (i.e. same mother but different father)
Step-relatives - relatives by marriage (i.e. if a man marries a women who has a son, the son would become the mans step-son and the man would be the sons step-father).
