It is not possible.

Explanation:

As they are both odd integers, each can be written as 2x+1, where x is an integer.
Let the smaller odd integer be #2x+1#.
Then the larger odd integer will be #2(x+1)+1=2x+3#.

#(2x+1)+(2x+3)=-166#
#4x+4=-166#
#4x=170#
#2x=85#, which shows that x is not an integer.

Hence, contradiction occurs and there is no such pair of odd integers.

Note:
Assume that the smaller integer be #y#.
#y+(y+2)=-166#
#2y=-168#
#y=-84#
Hence, the two consecutive EVEN integers are -84 and -82.
