Multiply the terms outside the brackets by each of the terms inside the first brackets:

#(-5)*(-1)+(-5)*(-4m)#

#=5+20m#

Do the same with the second brackets:

#(-8m)(-8m)+(-8m)(+5)#

#=64m^2-40m#

Now, add everything together
