Explanation:

Multiply the terms outside the brackets by each of the terms inside the first brackets:

(-5)*(-1)+(-5)*(-4m)

=5+20m

Do the same with the second brackets:

(-8m)(-8m)+(-8m)(+5)

=64m^2-40m

Now, add everything together

64m^2-40m+5+20m

=64m^2-40m+20m+5

=64m^2-20m+5

And there we have the answer.
