What is the benefit to consuming Vitamin C?

Unlike animals, we human beings do not manufacture vitamin C in our bodies.

In order to be alive and overcome a host of diseases, we need to obtain vitamin C from food (in required quantities), because this is an essential nutrient.

Explanation:

When we examine the physiology of 99% of animals, we realize that -- in time of great stress or disease -- their bodies manufacture a huge amount of vitamin C.

The reason for their vitamin creation is the need for counteracting the rush of free-radicals and/or toxins released by the pathogenic (disease-producing) agents described above.

Moreover, when existing in large quantities in the body, vitamin C can become (temporarily) an oxidative agent against microbes.

When the microbes are eliminated, this wonderful vitamin helps cleaning the body of toxins and it regains once again its antioxidant status.

Research proves that the vitamin C reserves in the body are continuously consumed by stress, diseases, negative emotions (like worries, despair, anger, unreasonable fear, stress, etc) and also by other factors like pollution or drugs.

Scientific studies have proven that this vitamin is safe and that it can successfully be used as part of the protocols for the prevention and even treatment of at least 50 diseases, including most chronic ones.
