(3+x)^2=sqrt (6x+13)^2

Notice that both sides are greater than zero or equal to zero:

3 + x ≥ 0 and 6x + 13 ≥ 0 => x ≥ -13/6
If x < -13/6, x won't work in the original equation.

9 + 6x + x^2 =6x+13

x^2 = 4

x = +- 2 and both works in the original equation.
