Atoms... molecules
Explanation:
When speaking of matter, we usually refer to atoms and molecules.
Atoms are the tiniest physical things that we can come across. They are invisible to the naked eye, and everything you can touch is built up by them.
Molecules are several different types of atoms joined together. Water for instance is a molecule consisting of 3 atoms, Oxygen, and two Hydrogen atoms.
