The balanced equation is:
Sodium Peroxide + Hydrocloric acid = Common Salt + Water + Sodium Chlorate
Sodium Chlorate, mixed with other is found basically in any weedkiller as it is a herbicide.
It has other interesting properties which can get you into a pickle with Law Enforcement agencies, so be warned, whoever, where ever you are.
