In the first question,
Price=$20
Reduction price=#20%# of $20
Processing the given information further,
#rArr 20% #of $20

#rArr $ 20/100 xx 20 #

#rArr $1/5 xx 20 #

#rArr $ 1 xx 4 #

#rArr $4 #

Now, the price of the shirt=Normal price- Reduced price

                                              =$20-$4

                                              =$16

Moving on to the second question,
Total number of people=160
Percentage of people having car=95#%#
Number of people having car=#(95%) /100 xx160#
Processing the given information further,
#rArr (95%)/100 xx 160 #

#rArr (19)/20 xx 160#

#rArr 19 xx 8#

#rArr 152 #

Therefore, 152 people have cars in your street.
Now,
Number of people who do not have car
#rArr # Total population- People having car

#rArr # 160-152

#rArr # 8

Therefore, out of 160 people 8 people do not own a car.

If it helps, please let me know one way or the other;)
