I have this one as a Ketone and 2-Ethyl Butanone?

What's with the ethyl, no ethyl, an ethyl would only work in one case:

I would call it:
Butan-2-one
2-Butanone, double bonded oxygen on the second Carbon

Or:
Methyl ethyl ketone, treating the methyl branch as `CH_3` coming off the ketone, treating the ethyl branch as `C_2H_5` coming off the ketone

I prefer the first one
