Explanation:

Polysomes are the situation in which one mRNA transcript is loaded with several translating ribosomes.

The idea that 1 ribosome loads onto 1 mRNA to make 1 protein is simplistic. In reality, multiple ribosomes can load onto a single mRNA and produce multiple proteins from it.

The situation in which you have multiple ribosomes on an mRNA is said to be a situation in which you have "polysomes".

The 70S part is the the ribosome "size" in prokaryotes.
