How can you compare the mass and charge of protons, neutrons and electrons?

Protons and neutrons have very similar mass, while electrons are far lighter, approximately #1/1800# times the mass.

Protons are positively charged, neutrons have no electric charge, electrons are negatively charged. The size of the charges is the same, the sign is opposite.
