In earthworms, the maturation of sperms takes place in seminal vesicles.

Explanation:

Earthworms contain two pairs of large white sac like seminal vesicles in the 11th and 12th segments respectively.
The testis sac of the 10th segment communicates with the two seminal vesicles of the 11th segment. Whereas the testis sacs of the 11th segment communicates with the two seminal vesicles of the 12th segment.

Spermatogonia undergo maturation division to form spermatozoa or sperm. Maturation of sperm takes place in the seminal vesicles.
