Explanation:

The colour of the eye does not effect the amount of cells in your eye that can see colour or light ( cone cells or rod cells). Because of this different coloured eyes does not effect the vision.

Explanation:

The color of the eye is in the iris. Any light that reaches the retina has passed through the pupil. The pupil has no color. It is basically a window in the center of the iris.
