(3x^2-14x-5)/(5-x)=((3x+1)(x-5))/(-(x-5))=-(3x+1)

Explanation:

By using "Trinom" you may write 3x^2-14x-5=(3x+1)(x-5)

Now you may also write (5-x)=-(x-5)

Thus:
(3x^2-14x-5)/(5-x)=((3x+1)(x-5))/(-(x-5))=-(3x+1)
