A simple present form, we can indicate future fact, true.

But this form is usually used for official issue only no personal means.

Any schedule,program etc.issue we can write by a present tense form for future meaning.

Example:Our Bank closing seminar commences on 30th December and ends on 31st December,this year 2018.

I have already implied that can be used in official any issue.

Another, The Judicial court works at 10 am to 5pm next Monday.
