Refractive index of a medium is dependent on wavelength of light passing through it and the medium itself. In the question neither of these have not been provided.
Assuming that refractive index for the beam of light traveling in air and hitting the sheet of float glass is #1.52#.

Using Snell's Law

#n_1/n_2=sintheta_2/sintheta_1#

Inserting various values we get

#1/1.52=sintheta_2/sin30^@#
#=>theta_2=arcsin(sin30^@/1.52)#
#=>theta_2=19.2^@#
