Is the universe in motion or it is at rest??
First of all scientists have proved that the universe has no direction. So how can it be that the universe is rotating??(I have seen in some sites that they say the universe is rotating on its own axis) I want a concrete argument.

The universe is constantly in motion because it is constantly expanding.
