This makes it isosceles with BC=CE

In `Delta`BCD :
`DhatBC=78^@` and `BhatCD=24^@` given, so `BhatDC=78^@`
This makes it isosceles with BC=DC

From this working CE=DC making `Delta`DEC isosceles too with `DhatCE=54^@` so `ChatDE=ChatED=63^@`

As `BhatEC=51^@` then `BhatED=63-51=12^@`
