Can I assume the concentration of the H3O+ is the concentration of the strong acid( in this case sulphuric) on a mixture of oxalic acid(weak acid) and Sulphuric (Strong acid)?

You could re-ask this question .... it is not clear what you want.

Explanation:

Oxalic acid is moderately weak....we would assume that it behaves as a monoprotic acid in the presence of sulfuric acid. We need details of the acid dissociation constants of oxalic acid and bisulfate ion...and in principle the competing equilibrium could be solved precisely.
