The 9 cm would be the base of the triangle, using trig we can find the height (h)

#"h"=9/(tan 17)#

Use Pythagoras to find the hypotenuse

#a^2+b^2=c^2 => 9^2+(9/(tan 17))^2=c^2#

#c^2~~947.576625#

#c=sqrt947.576625#

Perimeter = 9 + h + c

Perimeter #~~ 69.22040614#
