Epithelial tissues are arranged on Basement membrane,which is made up of Laminin and type IV Collagen fibres.So,it is acellular...hence option #1# is correct.

Axon is a process that arises from Cell body or Perikaryon or Centron. Its terminal end divides into structures called synaptic knobs.

Synaptic knobs either form synapses with dendron or cell body or in some lower animals directly with axon(axo-axenic synapse) or with the motor end plate of muscle forming Neuromuscular Junction

Hence option 2 is partially correct!
