lets start of with an example:

`(64/81)by (8/9)`

to start of we have to take the reciprocal of `(8 / 9)` this nothing but `(9 / 8)`

so now we go ahead and multiply both the nos.

`64/81 *9/8`
this is nothing but `8/9`

this can be used for all numbers which are rational
