Question #bbb01

It may be a physical dysfunction or a cumulation of experiences. Further professional evaluation should be obtained.

Explanation:

Many of those things happen to everyone at some point in life. If and when they become chronic, and interfere with a productive work or social life they may be due to either an accumulation of experiences that may be overcome with psychological therapy, or they may be due to particular brain functions that may be alleviated by psychiatric intervention (possibly including medicines).

There is neither a simple answer nor a solution that can really be obtained through online discussion. I would suggest an initial consultation with a psychologist, followed by one with a psychiatrist to determine whether medication is necessary, or if psychological therapy will be sufficient.
