Use the product rule to differentiate:
y'=color(blue)(sec(1/x))color(red)(sec^2x)+color(blue)(sec(1/x)tan(1/x)(-1/x^2))color(red)(tanx)

Rewritten:
y'=sec(1/x)sec^2x-frac{sec(1/x)tan(1/x)tanx}{x^2}
