Are elements WITHOUT neutrons inherently unstable?

The ""^1H atom, $\text{the protium isotope}$ contains NO neutrons in its nucleus, and this is possibly the most abundant material in the universe. The ""^2H atom, $\text{the deuterium isotope}$, and the ""^3H atom, $\text{the tritium isotope}$ are much less abundant, and these contain 1 or 2 neutrons respectively............
