The difference between perisperm and endosperm is the former is the diploid food storage tissue and the later is the triploid tissue found in the seeds of plants.
Pericarp is the fruit of the plant.

Explanation:

Perisperm is derived from the nucleus and is essentially the nutrients left over to ensure the embryo can complete germination.
Endosperm is the result of triple fusion, and it provides nutrients to the seed of the plant in its seedling stage.
Pericarp develops from the ovary wall to protect the seed and to aid in its distribution.

The first two are types of food for the seed, while the later is a protective coating.
