I'm not sure this reaction occurs in nature, since it involves an electron combining with a proton to form a neutron. The reverse does occur. But if it did occur, the product would be #""_14^24Si#.


The total number of nucleons (neutrons plus protons) remains constant at 24. The number of protons decreases by 1.
