$1029 = 3 \cdot {7}^{3} = {7}^{3} \times 3$
$1024 = {2}^{10} = {8}^{3} \cdot 2$

I would guess that the next one would be ${9}^{3} \cdot 1 = 729$ and the other ${10}^{3} \cdot 0 = 0$
