## I know how to find work in pulling the object horizontally. I don't know what changes when I pull the object uphill.

Work done $W = \vec{F} \cdot \vec{s}$

$\implies W = | \vec{F} | | \vec{s} | \cos \theta$
where $\theta$ is the anlge between force and displacement

Inserting given values and noting from the figure that $\theta = 45 - 15 = {30}^{\circ}$ we get

$W = 60 \times 50 \setminus \cos {30}^{\circ}$
$\implies W = 60 \times 50 \setminus \cos {30}^{\circ}$
$\implies W = 2598 \setminus f t \cdot l b$
