In the Bohr's model, one of the main postulates of Bohr in formulating his theory is,

"Only those orbits are allowed for which the angular momentum is an integral multiple of $\frac{h}{2 \pi}$."

This states the quantization condition of angular momentum.

Though put up as a postulate, this may be derived from the Wilson-Sommerfeld Quantization condition of action of a system.

Also de Broglie's theory of wave nature of electrons can be used to provide a not so rigorous derivation.

It may also be shown that the energy (kinetic + potential) of the electron is quantized and depends on the principal quantum number $n$ which indicates the orbit in which the electron moves.
