Are all threats to biodiversity caused by humans?

No. But the majority (probably 90% +) is caused by human being

Explanation:

Biodiversity loss (or species extinction) occurs due to natural and human made factors. However, natural disasters (such as hurricanes) are triggered with human activities (such as global climate change due to increasing CO2 and other greenhouse gases). It is not a pessimistic point of view but I think (as an Environmental Engineering associate professor) humans are responsible for 90% or more of species loss.
