#NO, NO_2, CO_2, CH_4, CO# are ALL GASEOUS molecules at normal temperatures and pressure.............

On the other hand, I could point to #N_2#, or #O_2#, or #O_3#, or #F_2#. These species are also molecular, and as elemental species they contain only the one element.
