Assuming that you mean a decimal or rational expression, I think the answer is no.

Explanation:

#arctan(0.5)# is not a rational multiple of #pi#. (See the discussion here: http://math.stackexchange.com/questions/79861/arctan2-a-rational-multiple-of-pi )

Furthermore, I do not believe that #arctan(0.5)# is rational in radians or degrees.
